Little League Baseball Alberta District No. 2 is comprised of three independent leagues all offering Little League baseball. If you know which league is your home league please use the links below. Leagues in Edmonton
Alberta Little League District 2 (Edmonton Little League) encompasses three separate, but cooperative, youth baseball leagues working together to bring the best kids baseball to our members. Your home league depends on your location; roughly divided into Community Park Little League in the North, East Park Little League in the East and Southeast, and Confederation Park Little League in the West and Southwest. The boundaries are not limited to Edmonton city limits and extend well beyond into the outlying communities.
Each of the three leagues are enthusiastic supporters of the Little League Girls with Game initiative and offer unique programs; e.g. girl’s coaching clinics, all-girls baseball teams etc.
We encourage you begin your search in your local league and see what they have to offer. In the event your local league does not offer a girls-only team in your player’s age group you may transfer to another league within the district which does with no hassle.

In order to encourage and support the participation of girls in baseball, Edmonton Little League has a number of options for female players
Participation on all-girls teams
Every year Edmonton Little League has multiple all-girls. If you wish for your player to roster with an all-girls team please contact your local league for options or email Tully Lutz for more information.
Removal of boundaries within Edmonton for players wishing to play on all-girls teams
If your local league does not offer an all-girls team in your player's age category you can easily transfer to Community Park's Pixie Pirates program.
Expanded Age Brackets
Female players have the option to remain in their age category for Minor and up for an additional year for spring house league. Please note, this exemption does not apply to the summer all stars program which includes Little League World Series path teams. The age category for female players in Edmonton Little League Spring season are:
- Minor - 9, 10, and 11
- Majors - 11, 12, and 13
- Junior - 13, 14, and 15
- Senior - 15, 16, and 17
